Thaddeus Aid wins at OXTalent

The DTC requires all its students to acquire some basic teaching skills, but some take things further than others. Thaddeus Aid (LSI 2011) has won an OXTalent award for using technology in an innovative way in teaching. He put together a new online distance learning course covering basic Python programming for the IT Learning Programme, which uses an online interactive textbook for teaching. For more information on this, see OxTALENT – Teaching and Learning Enhanced with Technology or for the 2014 entries to OxTalent, see the OXTalent website.
